I help organizations advance social justice goals through my consulting organization, Engineering Justice, LLC. We collaborate with nonprofit and private sector partners on planning and program design.
We work with individuals and organizations on specific projects and events that consider the following anchors for positive social change: People: Our approach rests on meaningful relationships with our partners, as well as the meaningful consideration of historical and present-day inequalities. Policies & Programs & Projects: We identify policies, programs, and planning projects that are hindering the pursuit of equity, and we identify ways to change them in ways that creative positive change. Place: Our analyses and engagements consider contextual inequalities and local priorities. Partnerships: We emphasize the role of existing and potential partnerships to work toward collective deliberation and action. I am also available to speak to organizations and groups on topics related to environmental justice, equitable urban planning, and anti-racism in the workplace. |
